I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the closeness to the mall. The location was perfect. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I like how house-keeping was really proactive in keeping the rooms clean and restocked. Also, they have the best gym I have seen in a hotel. It seems small but has so many different equipment that allows you do varies exercises. I don’t like how the wifi is. The Wi-Fi is HORRIBLE. After day 2/4, the wifi wouldn’t even connect to my phone. Overall: a nice hotel stay.

I don't feel very safe walking outside the hotel in the evening. Also, the area not too far away from the hotel is pretty dirty.

I love the Westin Peachtree Plaza. Growing up in Atlanta it was part of the iconic city skyline and I always associated it with grandeur. Our stay was good, we got our favorite room (6101) and spent the evenings watching the city at the window wall with an adult drink. The staff is amazing, wonderful, professional and welcoming. But the hotel just looked “tired” and could use a refreshment. The paint is chipped, the wallpaper seems are separating and the window treatments didn’t slide easily to open or close. That is the only reason I couldn’t give it a full 5 stars. The area around the hotel is full of homeless folks which made walking around an adventure (but the hotel can’t help that, law enforcement and the local government need to address it). I love the Westin and hope that and update is in the works to bring her back to her full glory.
