"The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was 104 outside. I was told it would be fixed and it was not. We had to change hotels at midnight in Paris.
The hotel lobby was filthy and hot.
Very few amenities. There was a restaurant but if it was closed, you didn’t even have a place to get drinks.
The staff told me I would get reimbursed soon for the 2 night reservation. I’m waiting for this patiently."
"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor.
Pool was closed.
Elevators were also closing due to maintenance.
Staff were as extremely nice.
I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....
