Avoid this hotel. Issue #1: listing said “1 bedroom” and “separate bedroom” but it was a tiny studio, no separate anything. The bed was 1m from the small couch. The hotel would not assist with my complaint, as I’d booked through Expedia, and Expedia is not giving me the partial refund I’ve requested because the hotel won’t agree to it. Zero stars for both this hotel and Expedia. In addition: this was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on, and I like a firm mattress. The heating and cooling system struggled. It took 3-4 hours to cool the room from 22 to 19 for sleeping - in July. An elevator was not working, leaving 1 very slow one for the entire hotel. What was advertised as a full kitchen did not have a toaster. The wifi for guests was unsecured, which is the worst/weirdest of these transgressions. In addition, the hotel generally looked a bit down at heels. Older furniture in the room, huge dig in the floor of the working elevator, etc. Again, zero stars for the hotel and for Expedia, who I’ll never book through again.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room. Light switch was flickering in our room and the lifts are very slow. We tried to take the stairs but doors were locked.

This is one of my favourite places to stay in Sydney. It’s quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Easy walk to anywhere in the rocks
