The resort was nothing like it was advertised … and I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. After arriving we had to chafe our room 3 times.. everything is dated , old musty smelling , rusted and just not well
Maintained .. the food is not good.. being a Latina women traveling to somewhere that is known for delicious food , I found all the food to be no more than a 5 out of ten and that’s being generous. No one smiles everyone was miserable. I saw roaches (even killed one ) in the buffet. Just to much negative things to write about them all. Would never go back! Disappointment is an understatement . If I were you do not stay here !!!!! Stay somewhere else .. Punta Cana was always my favorite beautiful paradise to escape to. This resort has me looking for somewhere else . It’s not easy working all year and pinching every penny you can to take a little vacation and why shouldn’t I expect a clean room and great food !!! You Bavaro palace broke my heart and left me with only negative thoughts I will never go back again .

El sargazo cubrió casi toda la costa y la bandera roja lo dejó claro: 🚩 ahora no es buen momento para venir buscando playa en octubre o noviembre. 🏖️ Hay otras actividades para disfrutar, pero la playa… ¡mejor descártala por ahora! 😂🌴
