Location was quite good, no transportation services (cabs or shuttles) ordered by staff, desk staff was below average when it came to courtesy ( they seemed quite rushed,often abrupt). The one exception was my contact with Ty,a staff menber who made several medical inquiries for my son due to a foot strain. He worked with diligence and professionality, finally got us an appointment with NYU URGENT CARE nearby--Thanks Ty! Rooms were clean, but under equipped-no washcloths in bathroom and no rubber mats in bathtub...a clear hazard for guests of all ages. Aside from the convenient location and the diligence of one staff member, Ty, the hotel was disappointing. Doubtful if I would stay there again.

The room was clean and a comfortable bed but is dreary and has a strange smell. Mostly because the hotel is old I guess. Bathroom was nice. So aff was mostly nice and helpful. Beware of extra facilities charge and limited breakfast for $6.50. For the money, you can get a lot better hotel room somewhere else.

The room had a funny fish like odour at the entrance on arrival Room service and maintenance cleaned Air con duct and carpet-it was better but still there when I left. Reported to check out team to sort-Otherwise a great stay and good b/fast with some very helpful staff.
