Toda la estancia fue maravillosa, desde el confort del lugar y de la habitación hasta la atención de los empleados del hotel. Lo recomiendo 100%.

The resort was lovely. Food was okay. There were a few pleasant and personable staff. Most staff seems to be unhappy or without personality. We stayed at the. adults part and it seemed less lively than the family side. Music was more upbeat and the vibes at Barcelo Bavaro Palace was wonderful . Loved the train for travelling between resorts. Had one driver who was full of energy and always had music playing. Our premium swim up room was wonderful but walls are thin as our neighbors almost ruined our travel being loud and sounding that they were remodeling furniture all day and night. The cleaning staff was friendly but did not come all at once for everything but would come in multiple time during the day and into evening and night. That was inconvience. They seemed to communicate with one another hollering which was annoying. For this resort having so much, it definitely could use some improvements in customer service. This resort definitely has potential.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay at Majestic Mirage! We had an unforgettable experience at Majestic Mirage! The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Gustavo, the bartender at the adults-only beach bar, was incredible—friendly, attentive, and always made the best drinks. And Super Nelson truly lived up to his name! His energy, kindness, and exceptional service made our stay even more special. Our room was superb—spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The pool areas were beautiful and relaxing, and the drinks and food were fantastic throughout the resort. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Highly recommended! 🌴🍹✨

Beautiful property with a lot of entertainment, love the barbecue lunch.

Eury the concierge was amazing! He went out of his way to help every time we needed anything. All employees were wonderful and housekeeping did an amazing job as well; they always left the room spotless. Had Marlene in the spa and she was perfect.
