"The hotel main areas are impressive, although the bar is a little lifeless. However, our room was awful and outdated. When booking I didn’t realise there was an old part and a ‘new’ part. The room didn’t look like the pictures at all. We looked out onto an office block and it was just a bit depressing ..."
