Very dark. Not what we expected according to photos. The whole hotel is gloomy, dark and very musty. In the lifts and hallways there are no windows, no air conditioning and no fans. Everything is very dark even the lighting is very poor. The whole place is very dated and needs major upgrade.
I will not recommend this to anyone.
The bathroom was very disappointing, after looking forward to our holiday so much this was a let down.

Generally a good hotel but the AC basically did not work at all in our room during 32+ C and very humid temperatures. It never went below 25 Celsius in our room. They provided two fans but a five star property should offer properly functioning AC in rooms. They offered a bottle of cheap wine and some chocolates but that was really a useless token of appreciation.
