We had a great time at this hotel. The room was very spacious and nice. We requested a quiet room, and the staff were very accommodating—they gave us a room on a higher floor, far from the elevator, and facing a quiet treet.
The hotel has a strong Asian aesthetic, which some people might consider a bit dated, but it reflects a style that is appreciated in Asia. The hotel is a 5 star Asian hotel, in America it may be a 4.5 stars.
As expected for a five-star hotel, the restaurants are quite expensive. Transportation is nearby, though not extremely close, and the hotel is located some distance from downtown Osaka.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean, and lovely hotel with a luxury quality stay. We loved the buffet breakfast in the morning, a wonderful selection of Japanese and western items. Highly recommend this hotel and it's conveniently located right next to universal studios Japan.

Clean room. Pleasant staff. Air-conditioning was good. Small kitchenette with dining table and chairs. Walking distance to convenience stores and dotonburi/namba walk. Bathroom contained shower and washer/dryer for clothes which was handy. Plenty of taxi and uber around too.
