I did not use any of the amenities because the lobby furniture was so filthy. There was no desire to sit and work from the co working areas. The bed was clean but very minimal carpet with stained badly. Definitely was not worth the cost in some ways. It was like staying at a youth hostel. Nothing against the staff they were very friendly of interacted with literally only used the place to sleep at night.

Wallace at front desk was excellent as well as the rest of the Riu team. Housekeeping was superb!

The room was nicer than many of the larger hotel brands in the entire area. Great price, location, amenities and overall experience!

The property was located in a very convenient location to travel the city. The cleanliness of rooms was not up to standard as all the guests in the room had red itchy patches. The hotel reception staff seemed very unwelcoming which did not make it comfortable to share concerns. Apart from that, the hotel is well maintained and housekeeping staff is helpful!

The room had a funny fish like odour at the entrance on arrival Room service and maintenance cleaned Air con duct and carpet-it was better but still there when I left. Reported to check out team to sort-Otherwise a great stay and good b/fast with some very helpful staff.
