I enjoyed everything about the hotel - from the grandeur, elegance, food and location. Excellent value for money.
Slightly surprised that you need to pay to use the gym but that’s a relatively minor problem.

Beautiful hotel, unfortunately my experience was not good. I booked an additional night and had to check out and check back in 3 hours later. I requested a late checkout, $3,000 yen for 1 extra hour. The bar on the 14th floor charged $1,100 yen as a cover charge. Access to the pool/sauna $1,650 yen, $300 yen for bath hat. I called the bellhop to assist with my luggage, not available to assist.
