"Staff was friendly. Room clean, but no amenities such as shower soap, shampoo etc. Two bath towels provided but only one hand towel. Ice machine was out of order and appeared to have not been working for some time. Actual property did not appear as nice in person as it did on the Hotels.com site. ..."
