This is a great hotel with a very convenient location to the Sydney Harbor. We were able to walk everywhere and were also right next to Circular Quay. Many of our tours also picked us up either at the hotel or nearby at the harbor. Club level food was good and drinks were also nice. The staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job daily. The guys who helped with baggage and cars were so nice and helpful. Great hotel experience overall!

Once again, we had a delightful stay. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and we were surprised to receive some very yummy cake and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The staff are absolutely outstanding, extremely pleasant, helpful and always smiling.
The room was excellent, with a surprise view of the Harbour Bridge, even though it was one of the cheaper options! I can't fault the hotel, worth every cent:)
