pleasant in general, but wouldn't rate it 5star. the lobby is not appealing, hardly a place to sit to meet guests or lounge around for drinks before going up to the room. seats were simply lined up against the wall from the door to the concierge, like in train stations or clinics. could do better. great shopping location though.

"Nice hotel b it very far 2hrs from Airport in peak hour. Room was nice and facilities good. Toilet couldn’t flush turds down but that was eventually fixed. Good enough to stay at and eat Jollie Bee HQ chicken 24hours a day next door."
