Fantastic hotel with a beautiful pool and super hotel rooms. Wonderful, helpful staff.

Walking to the room felt like walking along a cruise ship deck! The porter was really helpful and the pool was a really good size. The bar area was pleasant with a wide choice of cocktails and (welcome gift) mocktails. BBC news was on the TV in the lobby which made me feel at home and the whole hotel design and feel was modern and chic. I didn’t have time to try the food. The area around is typical Pattaya with bars and restaurants close - but not so close that they affected the stay in any negative way.

Staff was great, has amazing pool, great breakfast buffet, hotel security did a great job as they are always present.

Staff was helpful & courteous except for the young man who looks after the tourist attractions. Room was comfortable and spacious. The surrounds as in area outside the resort filth, dirty and rubbish on roadsides. No nice walking tracks close by.

Amazing time as always. Stayed in the club grand room as usual, traveled with family, great for my 1.5 year old. My 3rd time here, and would stay again next year!
