I loved our room and the bed, it was very comfortable.

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

Overall nice property. Nice views. No hand soap in bathroom. Had to call for them to refill shower gel dispenser and get extra tp and towels. Cockroaches under kitchen sink. No daily housekeeping to empty garbage.

The view on the backside of hotel was amazing. Room service arrive quickly. Food at SALT was delicious! This hotel was the right amount of upscale mixed with welcome and comfort.

Cool vibe, with live music every night. Still very quiet rooms. Handy location. Great staff

Every bit of this hotel was fabulous! The old Hollywood vibe was fantastic! The food was delicious. The staff was wonderful. The accommodations were absolutely five star.

We booked a two bed suite with patio and firepit - and so glad we did as the room was gorgeous and huge with two terraces. And although it’s just above street level we had a great view of the beach and the pier which we loved. The service was impeccable (when they serviced our room they tidied our charging cables with little leather cable ties and put bookmarks in our books). The pool area was nice with loads of beds, although the pool itself is small! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
