The room was nice, however I did not appreciate all the giddiness resort fees and I never got the WiFi password. Staff was Excellent tho.

Limited restaurant choices. Difficult to view menus on tv except for a couple of restaurants

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Elara. After a very stressful start to our trip, this hotel completely saved it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself felt classy, clean, and lovely in every way. Our room had a great view, and everything felt calm, comfortable, and well cared for. One of our favorite features was the fabulous jacuzzi-style deep soaking tub in the room - it was perfect after spending long days standing in lines at a gaming convention. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which made a huge difference after such exhausting days. We also loved having the cozy kitchen setup. We ordered Instacart from Sprouts Farmers Market and were able to enjoy all our favorite foods from home, which made the trip feel much easier and more relaxing. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back.
