Great location if you're trying to get to a show or Times Square. City views are "mid" .Feels extremely crowded in the lobby area and the elevators are slow with 10 plus people . The worst part is coming in and out of the hotel with the amount of people smoking right by the doors nobody enforces the 10-ft rule and cigarette butts are everywhere. Rooms are very small almost unable to walk around in your room which seems typical of most hotels in the area.

Everyone was so helpful and the Bar Calico and Broken Shaker are easily two of my favorite Bars. The Georgia room was a. Ice spot to just hang out when we were at the hotel between adventures. Good location.

Great hotel with very friendly staff, welcoming feel. Larger room than what you will find in the area for about the same price. Large, completely separate bathroom (another place we stay has side by side shower/toilet with glass doors--a bit weird). I would not recommend the breakfast here-it was terrible.

The staff was very nice, however I was disappointed because there was no body wash in the dispenser. The radiator in bathroom was coming off wall and had to ask for 3 hairdryers. One didn’t work at all, one did not get hot, and the third took too long to get to me. Came back from brunch to get our suitcases and checkout and our room cards did not work. Checkout is 12, it was 11:40. Had to go to front desk they gave me a new card and that didn’t work. Security had to come up and let us in.
