Stunning place, incredible service. 10/10 recommend

We checked in, and shortly after arriving in our room, a staff member walked in to our room inexplicably. No idea what that was about, and they abruptly left. Later that evening when we returned to the room for the night, we noticed it was quite warm (over 25 degrees) and we set the AC to 19. It sounded like the AC turned on, but it did not, and we sweat through the night. In the morning, the staff acted sternly towards us for not calling their technician - as if it’s on us for not resolving that in the middle of the night. The fact is that we shouldn’t have been in that position, and it’s insulting for our compensation to be a few bottles of Gatorade. I can’t recommend this hotel, as the AC didn’t work and the staff were rude about the situation when we spoke during checkout.
