The entry level rooms are very compact and not well-positioned in the hotel. Would look to book here for Suites and Upgraded rooms. Value for the samll rooms, tough to justify in Mayfair.

Vastly over-priced and surprisingly tired for a relatively new hotel - in room fixtures and amenities felt cheap for the price point.
Overall service was very mixed (check in process was not helpful, overall service was slow, the check out process was a lot more friendly)

It was all great until my room flooded, and although I was moved rooms and told I was upgraded (no difference in the room other than having a worse view), I wasn’t even provided a discount on my stay for the inconvenience of having to move rooms in the middle of the night.
Also had a coworker who go stuck in the elevator. Otherwise- the breakfast buffet was amazing.
