Great experience all together; cooled rooms, clean, great breakfast and perfect location

Given the price for a room in this hotel, I was disappointed by the standard of maintenance. Room 443, the TV screen kept breaking up,the remote control didn't work properly, the shower leaked under the door and the flexible shower arm was coming apart revealing the plastic pipe inside. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Another point to note for those with mobility issues, its at least half a mile to the nearest tube station.

I recently had a great experience staying at the Hotel Rui Plaza London. The hotel and room were nice and clean and during the July heatwave in London, the AC worked well to keep me cool all day long. The best perk of this hotel is its close proximity to the London Victoria Station which contains both the Victoria train station and the Victoria Underground (Tube) platforms. It's a quick and safe one minute walk to/from the hotel to Victoria Station. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Rui Plaza again.

I loved this hotel. Great Scotland Yard is in an excellent location, with spacious rooms that are elegantly decorated and elevated bathrooms with nice additions such as Japanese toilets and rainfall showers. The historical accept of this hotel also makes it a must stay destination for London history buffs, as the interiors of the hotel were beautifully decorated and paid homage to said history. The only compliant I have about this hotel is what it lacks. With a serious lack of amenities such as a pool, spa and outside smoking area, I felt that this was something that a hotel of this price point and caliber should have had. Instead, guest are allowed to use a partnered spa (AIRE Ancient Baths London), but at a cost of $460 for the cheapest package. Also, there is no designated "secured/safe" smoking section, with guest having to stand on the street by a smokers pole. Overall, I think this is a great hotel and will stay here again in the future. However check prices, as some similar hotels with more amenities might be cheaper during the times you stay.

This location was great! The room was large and included a kitchenette as well as washer/dryer. We got one with two bathrooms which was amazing with a kid on the pull out coach. The AC was freezing cold which was the best since we were there when it was 94-97 degrees. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when we had a 1 am false fire alarm… which we can laugh at now. Public transportation was easy to get. We just walked up to Saint Paul’s and caught whatever we needed. This location is close to a lot of things. Tower Bridge, globe, restaurants boroughs market I highly recommend

This is one of my favorites hotels in London the service is 10 stars. Always making sure the guests have the best experience. impecable service and always willing to hear comments to improve. This is my second stay and will stay in the next trip for sure.

It was an amazing stay at the Franklin. The staff were professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes walk away Knightsbridge and maybe 10 from the museum. I had a great time here with my family.
