Beautiful hotel. Clean, newly-renovated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooftop view and pool. Located directly across from public transit. Central location close to many restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend to others.

Checking into the hotel was a pain, as there is no human front desk and you have to use a machine. Someone before me was struggling so much with the process, that he forgot his government ID in the slot. He just happened to exit his room which was luckily on the same floor as mine as I was headed to my room, and I was able to give it back to him before had realized he’d left it behind.

I was very surprised to walk in on two nights ago at 6:30 in the heat looking forward to going straight to the pool for a drink . I was shocked that it was closing for the night . Really ? the hottest day ? They said that starting July 1st it would be open until 8/00 but still every hotel I have ever been at in Europe has had open access to the pool at least until 10:00 pm . This was the least accommodating. I also felt that even though the room was cool the hotel was incredibly stuffy and the elevator were wonky. You couldn’t stop at different floors limited access ect..
