Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday.

Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well.

まず、ご飯が1泊２食付きと書かれていたので、鶏鍋やすき焼きなどが選べると思ったら、強制的に鶏鍋の予約になっていた。 結局アップグレードして（一人2000円追加）すき焼きにしたが…びっくりする位量が少ない!! ハチ北の他の宿に泊まってすき焼きを食べたときの半分ほどのお肉しかなかった。（画像で3人分です他にはご飯しかありません。） そしてお肉が硬かった。 あれは本当に但馬牛でしょうか…？ きっと但馬牛でもかなり安い部位なんだろうな…。 これでは楽天とかの方が安いので損をした気分です。 あと、卓球などができる憩いスペースがあったんですが、こち らにあるコタツ、ストーブ（コンセントが抜かれていて届く場所にない） ...
