While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

The room is clean, breakfast is great, and staffs are helpful and accomodating.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

Breakfast has plenty of foods to choose from and specific times can be pretty busy. Rooms aren’t tidy, towels provided are shabby unless you ask for new ones which is gladly provided. Hotel is very accessible to Terminal via the Runway.

Breakfast was exceptional! Wished the shower has a door so the water won't splatter, and a bit worrysome of slipping on the wet floor.. other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
