"Newer hotel. Looked really nice. Had a few areas that they were still doing maintenance on. Like holes in the wall that had just been spackled, but not sanded and painted over all. Some light fixtures needed fixing, but overall a nice hotel especially for the price. Not ocean front, but does have an ocean view and is a short walk to the beach. The pool area is very nice. Staff was nice - our TV didn't work so they switched our room. Was very quiet at night when we slept as well. Right next...

"Our room was clean and well kept. AC worked great and was very convenient for our stay. Room faced the Main Street and was very noisy. Staff was very helpful but the only drawback was the street noise that continued well into the night. "

"The rooms have been renovated so the bathrooms look super clean, the stucko is much nicer, and rooms are painted. I am glad they have signs up now with their strict anti-alcohol rules so it makes for a safer environment. "

"Dramatic views"

"The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. The downside was that it overlooks a very busy main road in Mazatlán, so there was loud Mexican polka music until almost midnight, and still loud noise after that. I’m a light sleeper. My kids slept ok, but for me, I had to use ear plugs, inside of noise canceling headphones, buried in my own down pillow, to get quiet enough to sleep. Aside from that, the front desk guy was helpful and parking was gated at night. "

"it was amazing vacation I definitely recommend this place as a private beach . Pool and you and you can be in the pool all night if you want it’s awesome and the view is fabulous."
