"Better hotel than I expected for the price. Room was clean and modern and staff friendly. Due to one of the lifts being down for maintenance, all guests received a complimentary beer or cider as an apology for the inconvenience. This was an unexpected touch. Great location within the vicinity of China Town and Thai Town, close to dining options, shopping and transport. The only negative I found was the gym was very outdated and somewhat unusable. "Overall the property was good. However, after going to the room once booked in, we realised there was a problem with the TV reception. We were unable to watch any channels. At first the reception staff were very helpful. However, when they could not fix the problem, they upgraded the issue to a maintenance issue. The maintenance man eventually came over a hour later, with no updates. The issue was eventually resolved some 2 to 3 hours later. We did not get any apologies at all from reception or...

"Good location but my windows facing wall of next building. Air-conditioning filters are dirty based on messages on remote control. That's why air in room is stuffy which makes me sneezing often. Reception staff are helpful and friendly "
