"Room and hotel was clean but incorrect bed bottom sheet which because it was a queen on a king bed, it revealed a filthy mattress pad and waterproof pad. Had to remake bed just to cover the yuk. Need more housekeeping staff as the one girl was cleaning the entire floor. "

"Everything was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the wifi connection. Never really figured oit how to connect to it. It was hit and miss when it got connected. Also, couldn’t figure out how to use the TV. Other than that everything was good!"

"The staff was very friendly and very helpful. When I had an issue with the t v in my room, The manager promptly came up, Ask the favor and the other issues with the room, And call the engineer to look at the t.V. and i never had any problems after."

"I stay here often because it is convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. It seems to me that the rooms keep getting smaller every time I come. I know you're in the business of making money, but the last room I was in, I could barely open the door to enter and had to close it to enter the room entirely. When compared to the price you charge, that's a bit ridiculous. Also, the bed was very soft."

"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...
