I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very well kept and organized. The staff was attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, a pleasant experience and a place I would happily stay at again.

seems Front desk staff COULD NOT provide a definite answer on specific questions. 46th floor restaurant is only open for breakfast, mini bar is not stocked, no coffee in the room, so $9 in the restaurant. your paying a premium for the room so the additional nickel and diming does not sit well for this guy. location is amazing!

we loved our view of central park for sure. that was worth it alone. however they never gave us face cloths & never replenished our water in the room which after 30k steps a day, water would’ve been good. also never seemed to never have more than 1 or 2 elevators going or maybe it was just that busy. the cocktail bar was closed for lunch & evenings which was unfortunate if you wanted a quick drink before going to dinner.

Staff were amazing and very attentive during my stay. Very convenient walk to central park across the street. The view from our room was facing other apartments and into other peoples living spaces. Hotel was very clean during our stay and quiet. Rooms are quite small but most standard new york rooms are. For the price of the property there are very little amenities. I would recommend staying at one of the hotels around the Park Lane for the same price.

From the Chen in to the time we left it was great experience. They gave us a free upgrade to the 45th floor with great views. Anyone was always friendly. We asked for a late check out at 3-330 and they were very accommodating. Will be definitely staying here again

I was super thankful for the early check in at 1230. However upon arrival we found several short black hairs behind the door in the bathroom. It took 3 separate calls to get it cleaned up (they cleaned it at the end of day two). Manager was supposed to reach out but never did. 46th floor restaurant is only open for breakfast. This was a bummer because part of why we booked this hotel is because we hoped to catch the sunset up there. Also the hotel is just run down. Best up baseboards, discoloration on the marble. Also a bummer they don’t have someone open the door for you. You’d think you’d get a doorman for a hotel of this caliber. Location is amazing if you want to be by Central Park.

We loved our stay at the Parklane Hotel. Beautiful premises excellent location and friendly staff especially the breakfast crew was amazing. They make the best of the small room to accommodate everyone ( we were the in February when its was impossible to have breakfast outside on the balcony). We are looking forward to going back again
