"Clean room/ nice stay"

"Pool was under construction, no coffee pot, fridge, or microwave. I will be sure to check closer next time I reserve a room. Time share people kept stopping us to try and give us a FREE dinner and show if we sit through a seminar/sales pitch, we had to pay them 25 dollars up front. Hard to navigate your way inside the pyramid to find the correct elevator for your floor and room. At Check-in there was nobody monitoring the counter to help, as it was self-check-in. A bit confusing, remember to take a pic of the room # on the screen because it disappears after you activate your own key cards. The view out our window was I believe part of the parking garage. Room was clean."

"This is my second time staying at this property and have recommended it to friends and family! Staff are always available to help no matter the hour! The hotel is situation in a great place with stunning views and a lot of transportation options!"

"The rooms are a little dated. The power went out and we lost water for several hours with no contact from the staff letting us know what was going on or when we could expect power and water to be restored "

"The property was conveniently located close to Times Square. There is a Subway just outside the building where we can hop on/off the train easily after a long day of walking the entire city. I like that is a walking distance to the central park and that was a plus that I didn’t expect. The room that I was in had a view of the Central Park. I just wish there was a microwave to easily heat food after a very long day if we do want to go down and look for a restaurant other than hotel’s. A portable fridge too wouldn’t hurt to have to keep our drinks stay cold. We were just used to these two appliances as a necessity in a hotel as a basic convenience add on. "

"Ok, this place is great! The check-in process was a little odd...check in at 4pm, told room wasn't ready so they "upgraded" us....thanks...I think 🤔 Derek was great at getting us all lined up and gave us a map, information on where pools, restaurants and such are located on the property as well as a detailed explanation as to how to get to our place! We stayed at the Cascades area, directly across from the pool in our "upgraded" 5th floor one bedroom place (which really was very nice), but Derek lies. He told us there was a sky light to view the stars at night from our room. I can promise you, we did NOT have a skylight...but the place was awesome and we really did not care about a skylight. The pools...so nice! We walked the property and checked out each pool and ended up spending most of our time at the Cascades pool with the Castaways Bar and Grill. Excellent service here! Drew and Steve were amazing! Seriously...these guys were top notch! We also checked out the Tiki bar at the Fountains pool area where Warren helped us out with drinks. Friendly and pleasant to talk to! He was prompt and very courteous! You can definitely walk the entire property, and I would recommend doing so of you want a little exercise while staying here! Also...one thing to note, after check in they send you to the concierge service desk and they try to get you signed up for a time-share session...we simply told them "not interested" and it was easy enough to move on without pressure. "
