Keiko at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She saved my vacation! I lost my phone, couldn't access my reservation, and was unable to use the kiosk.
The attendants at the kiosk weren't very helpful and the cocktail servers on the casino floor were rude.
The room was comfortable and clean.
It's a hotel casino. Not very quiet. Check in was difficult. It's automated and I waited an hour before I had to ask a real person for assistance in checking in. Large property... that means lots of walking. Restaurant staff... my server was not at all friendly. In fact, his coworkers were the ones covering for him. He only really showed up to submit the bill. He was a poor representation for the serving staff. Fairly nice entertainment options on the property aside from the gambling. Parking was painless. Valet was quick to take my car and retrieve it for me. Would I stay here again? Not if there was a better option available (and there are many to choose from). I only chose this property because I had never been. Nothing spectacular.
We got in late because of the delayed flight but front desk was still happy to help
Wish I got the name of the guy who checked us in he was amazing. Great first impression! Love the detail of the place rooms were clean, family friendly and love having Starbucks everywhere!

Disliked: Cleanliness
The hotel is unique with its shape. Parking is vast but getting there at 4pm it can be congested and there was no one directing traffic. Check in was easy at the kiosk. The room, it was spacious but unfortunately you can see how run down the equipment is. The bathroom had a lot of dust, the shower was leaking water from the sides and the tub had rust marks. They can invest in better washing machines some of the towels and bed sheets had stains. The rooms should have a QR code available with the list of things or restaurants available. One of the elevators never accepted our room card, and they close super fast. Its a prime location, it just needs to be updated.
This iconic hotel was surprisingly affordable on Expedia during the peak of the summer holiday season. The entertainment was exceptional too, with something for everyone. The swimming poold ar both large, clean and beautiful. It has a tram which connects to the front entrance making getting around the strip very easy. The Backstage Deli had wonderful breakfasts and dessert options. There are many, excellent food options on site, including a steakhouse. All of the staff were extremely polite and professional. The only negative is that checking in is long and arduous unless you pay for the VIP check in service. The location is close to both T-Mobile Arena and Allegiant Stadium, and I will definitely stay here again whenever I get a chance to return to Las Vegas.
Only thing that surprised me in a very strange way was having a sign where a mini fridge would be that states ‘call front desk to rent a fridge’… umm no lol
My recommendation is just grab the supplied ice bucket and stick your drinks in the sink, fill it with ice and enjoy.
Cleaning team, security and bar staff were all super helpful and friendly. Overall our experience was a pleasant one and the rooms & hotels were comfortable and cool, which was a godsend due to the heatwave that occurred during our stay.
Room was clean. We stayed there since we were going to a concert at Allegiant Stadium and it was a close walk to the stadium. The drinks deals at the casino bar were also a plus. Minor things could be improved in the room, such as the electrical sockets and the bathroom shower door. But we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t affect us very much. Would stay again for the price and proximity to Allegiant.
The room was very nice but the service was terrible it took forever to reach someone on the phone and when you did they took forever to bring you what you ask for one other thing the food was way over price and it tastes bland
