Great deal for the price. Definitely outdated rooms feels like a typical old hotel in a small town. Safe in room did not work, bathrooms need updating the most. Overall good budget friendly option on the strip

The check-in process was horrible........when I used the kiosk check-in, I received my scan code to obtain my room key, however, the system kept going into a routine circle that my room wasn't a available. My room was available because I received my room number. Not sure what was going on, but I had to stand in line for approximately 30 minutes just to get my key card. My room was available.

The room was outdated, the sheets were dirty (I found a fake eyelash, didn't belong to me) I kindly asked for clean sheets and housekeeping was upset about the task. My expectations were not met. I was looking forward to stay there , but the end result was disappointing.

We found the check in process very frustrating. And extreme wait time. It was over an hour and half process. We are seniors and they located us in a tower with a five - ten minute walk just to get to elevators. We booked king bed on Expedia but would only give us queen beds

Check was a mess with no humans around to help when the machine to get keys wouldn’t work. And waiting to get our text to then get our key at 11pm was a bummer. I miss speaking to humans. The day we left it rained and the water was pouring in our window soaking the furniture and ground. It took 20min to find a number to call that linked us to an actual human to relay the problem.

Everything is automated, check in, check out, limited front desk, limited cashiers, key cards, surprise $20 per day parking fees no one told me about. Food court was ridiculously expenside, $25 for a sald, $18 to $20 for sandwhiches or burgers.

The room was clean. We did find a grape by the tv when we arrived in the room. So something that was missed by housekeeping. I would say the check in process is longer since it's all automated and you have to go to a kiosk to check in, wait for an email (about 15 minutes) then to go to the other kiosk to print your key. Good thing there was staff standing around with iPads if you needed help but I was a little confused.

Stayed at the tower really nice ! Have to try the Tender Steak House Was Really Good ! Only down fall no mini fridge or microwave so can’t take anything bake to your room to eat. Great stay overall !

Room in the East tower.Large room with 2 queens. Clean. Bed was comfortable as were pillows. Only downfall was no refrigerator, no coffee maker. Restaurants were good. Registration was quick and easy using a machine .Saw Bodies and Titanic. Both good.
