"I had to always ask for towels. I was charged for something we did not take from the in-room bar, which is a big inconvenience and time wasted for me. Time is money for me. I was told it would be taken care of and it was not and I am still waiting for the final bill to be emailed to me. I do have to praise a person by the name of Adriana, who was most helpful and kind to us during our stay. She was so helpful and pleasant. We need more people like her around. "

"For a strip hotel, and the prices, I expected more - a larger pool that stays open later, airport shuttle, updated rooms. The main part of the hotel is the nicest and shows where they put most of the money. My room had stained wall coverings and a clogged shower drain so you couldn't use the double showerhead feature. I probably wouldn't stay here again. "
