Pricy but excellent clean room, classy hotel, great maid service, great food and family friendly areas with Gandola and mall. So far Palazzo is our favorite experience.

The rooms were very clean and spotless. It’s a lovely hotel. If you stay there you’ll feel very welcome by staff. They are very helpful housekeeping come around every day and clean and straighten up your room.
