This is a very special hotel. i live in las vegas and i stay here alot for a staycation and its like a little diamond. absolutely beautiful hotel! sometimes when i walk into the hotel i feel like crying thats how special it is to me. the pool is amazing and open late because there is no casino. the condos are absolutely gorgeous with full kitchens and a huge bathtub and the bed is top notch. hilton is another level from most hotels . u need a keycard for elevators and to even get in the main building at night. very safe and the staff is the best!

We have stayed at Hilton gardens in Las Vegas before. Thought according to pictures that I booked the same one. It was not and pictures were deceiving. Still had a nice stay, just not what I had expected.

I would have given all five stars except for the fact that on arrival Day which was a Wednesday early in the morning around 9:00 a.m. granted I knew that check-in was not until 4:00pm, the lady at the front desk that was checking us in basically had no joy or enthusiasm. When asked how long did she think it would take before we could get in our room her curtely replied "anytime between now and 4pm" nothing to the effect of we will do our best to see how soon we could get you checked in etc. As a result we headed to the strip for bfast and other sightseeing. When we finally got a text saying that our room was ready around 2:00 p.m. we were deep on the strip and in the middle of lunch and other activities, so we actually didn't get back to the hotel until after 4 pm closer to 5p.m. to actually check into our room. It would have been nice if the lady had just shared that she would do her best to get us in earlier. Every other front desk clerk that I dealt with following this one incident, were very helpful very pleasant, gave us water and so for those ladies I give a five-star but for the initial person and I wish I could remember her name that was a big turn off. ButI do recommend this location it had a kitchen that was fully stocked and it was clean the housekeeping staff were very pleasant they cleaned every day I have no other complaints except that very first initial contact early in the morning coming from the East Coast you can't imagine how much of a downer that was.

I have ordered hotel room with breakfast with family but we were disappointed as they just provide one bread one coffee or tea and the juice for morning breakfast with very very limited options. I would have gone for cheaper hotels with better food options in other restaurants instead of booking with Hilton .

The room was extremely nice and the staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel did not have a reservation for us from Expedia which was booked and confirmed 10 days prior to our arrival. The manager was able to make sure we had the room available to accommodate us. No help from Expedia was available.

Affordable stay in Las Vegas, the room was very spacious. Traveled 2 but big enough for 4, comfortably. Renovated room but pretty far from the strip. Saved a few hundred dollars, parking was easy and very close to the main entrance. It has a deli shop inside and has a quiet room in the main lobby floor to work and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again if price point was my main concern

They shouldn’t offer breakfast if they don’t actually have one. It’s misleading. This is not a continental breakfast, not an American breakfast, and not a buffet. What they serve is a croissant, boxed juice, and watery coffee. The croissant is acceptable. The juice is nothing special. The coffee is weak. It’s enough so you don’t leave hungry, but it’s not a real breakfast of any kind.
