I felt so unsafe there. You check in, in a smoke shop where there are hobos hanging around. Only one light in the main area worked, hole in the wall I had to use a towel to cover, the toilet didn’t flush, there were while globs of stuff where the towels on the counter were and no tv remote but a tv? I felt So unsafe to even leave my stuff in the room. I left and checked out immediately. I’m SOOOO disappointed and disgusted

Door locks loose, odor in room, dead cockroach on floor, iron burn on carpet, toenail clippings left inside one of the bedside drawers, very limited parking. Staff was friendly. We did not end up staying for the night and left almost immediately after check-in.

OYÓ Motel is dump; not worth 1 star. Dilapidated and run by an arrogant and rude man. You are trying to charge me as no-show. I instructed my credit card company NOT pay the charge. I suggest Expedia drop this motel off it's list. Let me be clear: I went there and decided not to stay.

Terrible! The room was nasty and the smells from the bathroom is bad, the bathrooms it wasn’t clean when we check in and the TV is not working I have to cover my nose all night. On that day mostly of the hotels are book anyhow I would never go back.

This is one of the filthiest place Ihave ever stayed in Las Vegas. The bathroom was not flushed when I went in, toilet paper hanger was broken, shower curtain was filthy, shower itself was so filthy you won't want to get in there. Room wasn't clean, bed sheets were dirty. I wouldn't ever stay here even if it's free.

Worst experience

It was terrible. The room was dirty, seemed like no one cleaned them. Bathroom leaked, sheets were stained. It was a bad experience. Payed extra for 2 beds and we received 1 bed for 4 people.

Never stay here

This is a third-world motel. This experience was absolutely horrendous. The hotel was extremely dirty, there was a rusty nail on the bathroom floor, and I don't think it had been cleaned in weeks. Not to mention, it cost $200+ and the customer service was worse than third world. This is an embarrassment to be on the Hotels.com platform. I have lost all faith in Hotels.com after this experience.

The experience at the hotel was horrible. They didn’t honor the reservation I had made through Expedia, and they told me they were simply full and couldn’t help me. They said they had already informed Expedia that they didn’t have capacity, yet Expedia kept sending reservations. It was very difficult for me to find another available hotel at 11 PM, and the staff was completely unprofessional. They just told me it was Expedia’s problem and turned away. Of course, I don’t know whose fault it is—Expedia’s or the hotel’s—but this is a very irresponsible way to handle things. It’s definitely frustrating and disappointing, and honestly, I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Room was disgusting and filthy, it was not cleaned. Dirt on the walls and in the bath tubs. In the morning I asked for late check out and one of the men said 11:30am no charge, then a different man knocked on my door at 10:50am saying we need to check out now. I told him what the first man said he disagreed with me and demanded I leave now. Not worth the 120$ I paid for it. Do not stay at the OYO motel.

Absolutely terrible place to stay. Staff does not speak English, they communicate via Google translate; very shady practices around credit card processing and paperwork, took me a lot of fighting to get a copy of my charges. The hotel area is a disaster war zone with rats running at night; and the room is so unclean that I had to lay towels on the floor to walk and slept in a sleeping bag that I luckily had in my car. Broken door locks, non-working lights - in reality its nothing like you see on nice site photoes. This place should be sanitized and re-built from ground up - an apocalyptic war zone in the middle of a civilized block.

This place was a dump

I had originally picked the OYO thinking it was the big casino. Pictures were falsely advertising this place. Sent me to a dump. It smelled like cigarettes, crack, musty. As we walked in the ac unit was broken you had to hit every button to turn it on. The bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. Broken shower tiles on the floor, toilet was wiggling. Outlets wouldn’t hold the phone charger plugs. It was literally so disgusting we did not stay. I felt tricked off the Hotels.com site. I am still waiting for a full refund.

Worst hotel in all of Las Vegas

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years. This hotel was terrible the door of my hotel room barely could lock. I had to play with it for a while to get it a lock. When I flushed the toilet, the tank, never filled with water, causing the water to run and make noise all night. The room was in horrible condition. I had a hole in my ceiling in my room. I still try to make the best and took a short nap on my bed. When I woke out from my short nap, there was a bug crawling on the sheet. I couldn’t take anymore of this hotel, so I just ended up sleeping in the car for a couple hours. After I woke up from my nap in the car, I checked out and moved on.

This place was such a dump that even though we paid over $400 for 2 nights, we had to find somewhere else to stay. We called Expedia to tell them that it was horrendous. They tried to reach the manager, with me on hold for over an hour, and then they said that there was nothing they could do because they couldn’t reach the manager. Then said that they would email them. The desk worker wouldn’t let us in to see the room, but said we could only look through the window to see the room. There were flies all over the inside of the window buzzing around and it looked like the rooms were rented out by the hour to hookers. Expedia said it was there was only “one room left” but there were only 2 vehicles in the parking lot at 8pm when we arrived there. Unbelievable!!

I booked a reservation under the impression of the photos they provide of their rooms and property...which as I learned, are completely different rooms at a completely different location. My room was disgusting and the area was unsafe for a single female. My room had a filthy tub which constantly ran water and made noise, it was also filled with some type of debris, and the lever was installed jammed into the floor. There was no phone to call the front office (which was located inside a convenience store,) and so to contact staff, you need to step outside into a dark alleyway parking lot amd walk to the store. My smoke detector was broken and hanging, ceiling was deterioting, wall tiles were falling off, no soap, no TV remote, outlets all overheated, and no bathroom doors, everything was totally exposed. When I walked to the office to mention the issues, I was told maintenance would be sent (waited 20 minutes, no one ever came.) I had asked, "what is maintenance going to do about no bathroom doors?" The staff said, "there's no bathroom doors in any of the rooms here or in this area, thats just how it is," (which is obviously untrue.) I then asked, "so if I had friends coming here to get ready for a night out, I'd have to leave my own room and wait outside if one of them needed the bathroom?" He just shrugged...so I showed him the photos of the bathroom doors advertised for their motel, and he stopped talking. Horrible experience, I have photos of everything.
