Large spacious rooms and comfortable carpet in the rooms. After getting on the elevator the cigarette smell went away and the hotel smelled really nice

We went mid week, so it wasn't crowded. The beds were super comfy. The staff were really nice, we were able to check in early...2pm instead of 4pm. The restraint Primo is where we ate all our meals. The food was great, large helpings, tasted good.

The hotel room was clean & comfortable…only negative was that we could still smell cigarette smoke…however we knew that smoking was allowed in the casino. Where we live smoking is banned in public places, but I realize Nevada is different. Casino staff were very nice. The players bonuses were kind of confusing & didn’t make a lot of sense to us, but we are older & kind of new to casinos. All in all a nice experience in the hotel-casino.

Everything about this hotel was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel room was very spacious and very clean. The restaurant I ate at was reasonable and very good. The price was excellent, I would highly recommend it.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room was large and very clean. It was well priced for the size and cleanliness. We were pleased. The beds were very comfortable. They charge a "resort fee" . I never understood the purpose; just make it part of the room charge. It must be an accountant thing.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Rainbow Hotel. The location is excellent, right off Interstate 80, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bedding felt fresh and cozy, and we slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy and convenient. My only suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when passing through West Wendover.
