"Common areas have strong smells, room wasn't thoroughly clean: layer of dust everywhere, mold in ac ducts, dirty carpets, humid/moldy smell inside room, and ac making chirping/clicking noise all night. "

"The room is in terrible condition. Even after booking the newly renovated room it was in very bad shape. The staff was extremely rude only the manager helped us a little. There is no bell boy service most of the times. And nobody to help you"

"The pool closed early, it would’ve been nice if the bar by the pool was open or the jacuzzi at least til the sun sets. And the worst, no coffee in the room. The only option, go downstairs for Starbucks, yuck. Other than that, overall good experience."

"Room and bathroom were spacious, and staff was able to place us in a connecting room next to our friends who were traveling with us. The hotel was very conveniently located near The Sphere where we were seeing a concert. Free parking was a huge plus. My only complaint was that we accidentally left a brand new hoodie from the concert in the room and called the hotel as soon as we got to the airport, and apparently it could not be located. "

"Drapery was worn and torn in room. Water stains on the ceiling in several places. Did not request housekeeping but they entered my room and “cleaned”."

"Room was great near the elevator which was great as I was travelling alone. Would like to see a better way to manage the deck chairs at the pool as people tend to go early and mark their chairs but don’t actually use them until later in the day.Ive stayed at Flamingo many times now and it is one of my favourites."
