"Self check in with little instruction. Still needed a human. Found one and Josephine was amazing but overworked as she was practically the only human helping people with check in other than an excruciating long line at the desk with two people. Our non smoking room was covered in air freshener aromas to cover up the smoking that had occurred and it was a cacophony of bad odors altogether. "Our first room was gross. There were makeup stains on the sheets and pillow cases, coffee spilled down the night stand, stains all over the couch and potato chips on the windowsill. We went to the front desk and no apology for the hassle they just moved us to another room which was a huge downgrade from the first one which then the shower didn’t work so we couldn’t have a shower. "It was okay. Room was clean. Wasn't a big fan of the opaque wall through the shower nor the giant mirror above the bed. Sofabed was very uncomfortable. Good movie theater and food court."

"The casino floor has a nice layout. Lots of bars and good amount of table games at a decent price. Good location to the arena and stadium for any events. The mobile check in is pretty cool and a stress reliever if there's a long line. The only issue i had was there was no fridge in my room, there is a 25 dollar upcharge for one to be brought in. Other than that I would stay here again."
