"Upon check-in at 4 pm, we discovered that our room was in a state of disarray. It took an additional two hours to complete the cleaning process. And then,Upon entering the room, we still found two empty bottles of water and soda, pieces of paper on the counter and some cardboard lying around, despite the room being labeled as “already clean.” This suggests that the cleaning was not thorough and may have been done haphazardly. Furthermore, the room lacked essential amenities such as a microwave and coffee maker. These shortcomings left us disappointed with the overall experience."
