"Needed more servers at breakfast "

"The staff was not very friendly upon our arrival. We were charged resort fees !! I was expecting with that at least we would have a coffee machine in the room!! NO WATER ,NO COFFEE OR HOT WATER !! What is their definition of RESORT!! Even a roach motel has better amenities !!"

"Excellent customer service! 2nd stay turned into my 3rd. Large rooms, nice and quiet! On site restaurants aren't a tourist trap! It's my third time in Vegas in under a yr and the food is excellent compared to the rest of the strip! Great signage inside! I never get lost and can always find ride share pick up, even after a few refreshments. The Reserve Bar is incredible! Great chill vibes, good music, highly recommended. Close to the airport and a lot of cool places, plus direct access to the FREE Aria Express Tram. Visit the Bellagio and Ceasers, without the hot walk! Did a great job managing the huge crowds for the frozen four. Flight got cancelled after I checked out, came right back, got a great deal for another night before my 6am flight out. Will come return for a 4th stay. "

"Paid for a room in the 'upgraded' resort tower. The rooms and corridors have new carpets and the walls in the corridors and rooms are newly painted. If that constitutes 'upgraded' then fair enough. The rooms are spacious and at first glance would appear satisfactory. However, room 6239, in which we were placed is next to the elevator and should NEVER be let to any customer. The whole room shakes with passing elevators and when one of the elevators lands on floor 6, the noise is beyond ridiculous. Absolutely scandalous that they rip people off by charging for this room. Never again."

"We thought we would have a fridge and we did not. The mini bar was cold, which was kind of silly since it had champagne. Our room did not really get cleaned. It wasn’t vacuumed the whole time and nothing was wiped down. I don’t know that they even changed the sheets. I think they just come in and make the bed. Even the toothpaste was left in the bathroom sink so I ended up buying some Lysol wipes and wiping the room down myself the elevator was also broken most of the time that we were there and we would have to wait 12 to 20 minutes on average to get up to our room. This was a problem for many people as only one out of three of them were working."

"Room was clean. People were partying until 6am next door- yelling, loud music and banging on the doors. Walls are paper thin. Security did come to the room 3 times"

"Outstanding stay everyone was so kind and when I needed help with something they were so nice. From the front desk, hospitality, the storage guy's, overall one of the best stays I ever had."
