The smell of sewer is terrible on the way into the Casino. Someone should call the health and safety Nevada department. Parking is $25. A night and if you want a sandwich get ready to pay $24.00 for that. Check in was terrible. Took about an hour with all the work you have to do because of course they no longer have employees. I’ll never stay there again.

The rooms in the pyramid are old. They don’t have refrigerators, unless you want to pay extra. No coffee makers. Their automated check in process is very problematic. Had to get my cards re-programmed multiple times, which meant standing in long lines and wasting my vacation time. Staying at the Luxor made my stay in Las Vegas worse. We were also put in a handicap accessible room for some reason and the showers head was mounted in a way that it just sprayed across the bathroom. We didn’t have any soap and I called and asked and they didn’t bring any. Dealt with one particularly rude employee. The place needs upkeep. I mean, I know it’s not geared toward soccer dads who don’t gamble, but they should still offer a decent place to stay with a good system for customer service, but they do not.

Just fine. Especially for price. Self parking pretty far and Starbucks had a crazy line. Checking was a bit hectic being self checking. Long hallways. Italian restaurant in Excalibur was easily accessible and very good. More shops and amenities over there. Pool was closed.

Pool construction created a foul smell in walkway from self parking to hotel. I had booked a King room and called the day prior to notify the hotel that I was arriving the next morning due to a cancelled flight. The Luxor let someone else have my room and gave me a two queen room instead. Pretty dissatisfied with my stay.

Overall, it was a good stay. Some areas of the floor and furniture were a bit dusty, and the shower booth floor was peeling, but otherwise no major issues. The tower room is much quieter than the pyramid, and elevator access is convenient for the times I come and go (7 AM and 9 PM). The best part was getting the best deal from Expedia compared to other sources. I will definitely book again.
