"I was really impressed with our stay. We came for the When We Were Young festival and stayed for 6 days. Elevators for the New Yorker tower were fast and reliable. Our housekeeper, Maria, went above and beyond when serving our room every day. I had left a box of bandaids scattered on a side table and she put them back in the box neatly. Fresh towels were delivered daily. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Check-in was completed at a kiosk and check-out could be done on a smartphone."

"Great property with a very helpful staff. Walking distance to downtown Disney, and main entrance to California or Disney. Room service was great and quick. Food options had alot and was good. Made dining easy. Pool area was very nice, free breakfast. When arriving, property sent up a gift and balloons for our birthday celebration. I do recommend and will be staying again."
