Las Vegas, Nevada hotel rooms at the Accor Hotels

"There was no air conditioning working in the room. So we called the front desk & they came to fix it but it only worked for a day & a half. It was 100 degrees outside. They also don’t heat the pool whatsoever. Even though it was hot outside the pool was freezing & they had the whole hot tub area closed. No shade at all in the pool area. Everyday in the early AM the maid was outside our door vacuuming & talking really loud on a walkie-talkie and did this all morning long. The bathroom had a drain problem & only a half shower door,. So all the water went all over the floor. Plus no where to sit in there, just the toilet. Great location at least."

"This place is insanely nice. Room was spacious and clean. Had a great view of the fountain and the shows every night. I think we'll need to go back just to finish exploring the grounds. Only complaint is that the shower did not have a handheld faucet."

"The room was decently clean, however our shower was clogged which was very gross. We woke up one morning at 6am to our AC unit blowing hot air. It took 3 calls to room service and 4.5 hours to get the problem resolved. We were offered vouchers for free meals which was nice, however our breakfast that we got with those vouchers was trash. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel & don’t care about"

"The room was clean but the body wash had been ripped off the wall. Other wise as a last minute stay it was fine. Try using the kiosk so you don’t have to wait in the long line to check in or out. If you need gluten free options this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for reasonably priced food again not the place. This might be the norm since this is my first time visiting Las Vegas. As a plus they do offer Kimbo coffee which is the best coffee in my opinion."
