This was my second time staying here. I had a good experience the first time, but not this time. I’ll choose a different hotel next time. Check your towels before you use them, I had a gross experience there. WiFi was super slow. Housekeeping forgot to leave toiletries so I thought we just didn’t get any until check out. I should have asked, that’s on me. There used to be tv screens in the bathroom mirrors and there was a camera hole in it. They assured me there was no connection. Still sketchy. I was on the 21st floor near the elevator and the elevator noise went through our vent so it was like planes flying over us the whole time day and night. Due to my experience, I kindly explained everything to the front desk to see if I could get the $50/night hotel fee removed from my 6 day stay. They only removed the fee for one night.

Location was excellent. Requested service twice on drapes that would not close, no one came. Had to switch sheers with blackout on runners to block the light. Minimum room amenities, no bar soap or coffee maker, but were pleased there was refrigerator.

We have stayed at the Flamingo for 14 years but was disappointed with this stay. Our favorite restaurant, Carlos and Charlie’s, was closed to make room for more slots. That restaurant was one big reason for staying there. Also, no coffee maker, no complimentary bottles of water and only 2 pillows on a queen size bed. I understand Las Vegas has struggled post Covid but taking away guest services is not a good way to do that! Very disappointed!

I would definitely stay here again! The Flamingo sanctuary was beautiful and peaceful. The room was clean, no issues except for things like no coffee pot, no room service and not many plugs (no provided usb charging). The hotel was nice and offered anything you could possibly want. Very close to everything - great location!

Location next to the Linq promenade was great - easy access to bars and restaurants and walkable to everything I wanted. Couple of issues with the property maintenance - our safe didn't work and they couldn't get it working 100% before we left and there were exposed outlets in the room that could be dangerous to children

Staff was very friendly. Visit was great except we didn't have hot water to shower and when we called they said we had to turn on hot water from sink first to be able to have the shower to get hot. I thought that was an inconvenience.
