"Rooms were clean with zero basic amenities. I don’t find a logic/reason behind not keeping either a coffee machine, or a kettle, or microwave. We had to waste the food just because we couldn’t heat it up as there are no microwave in the room, nor anywhere in the property. Felt weird to see, room without basic stuff."
