"We arrived for our stay and were given the keycard to a room occupied by another person. This was very awkward and super annoying. Also, we were kept waiting downstairs in the lobby for hours after a long, delayed flight because their were no rooms available even though I booked mine months in advance. This may have just been a "one-off" experience but I was not happy about it. Spend the money on a nicer hotel because you will not regret that. The staff was alright but the front desk people did not treat me with respect. I did not raise my voice, was always respectful and never wanted to argue, but they were already prepared and willing to be that way with me regardless. Just because other people treated them with disrespect does not give them the right to do that to someone who was trying to be kind and understanding. My girlfriend had to sleep on a bench in the lobby for about two hours. I think that is unacceptable."
