"Pool was closed but had access to casino pool next door.. ac was ok.. room could have been colder.. but overall very nice stay.. close to everything we were there for.. 3 min walk to strip and 15 min walk ti sphere.. definitely would stay again"

"Our room lacked toiletries. There was no Bar soap for the sink and tub and conditioner dispenser in shower was empty. The shampoo in shower was akin to prell or dish soap. The sheer curtain was not attached inside window and baseboards were degraded. Wallpaper was peeling in several places in bathroom and carpet and bases of beds are stained. The lamp shades in bathroom have an accumulation of dust. Grime has built up in tile corners outside shower base. Bedside lamps are not secure to wall- they are wobbly and need reinstall. Outside of room the hallways are nice and hotel lobbies and common areas are pristine. Our check-in went smoothly and staff was friendly. My husband called security to check on me (his wife) and they never arrived. Turned out I was just sleeping and didn’t realize I had locked double bolt and husband couldn’t get in room. I eventually woke up but again, security never showed. "
