I disliked the whole bit with the virtual key, having to download an app to get in. It didn't work several times. there was a real person at the front desk who was able to help, but it was very annoying. Our room literally required walking around the entire perimeter of the hotel, taking the elevator near the front desk. There was a closer elevator using a side door, but the front desk person didn't tell us about it. the next day we figured it out ourselves but then it wouldn't work to let us back in. It would be helpful if you posted a map. The one in the app is not readable if viewed in its entirety on the screen- too small. if it is enlarged, difficult to tell where you are in relation to other areas.
price and size were wonderful. however, I really disliked the app and not having a key.
also, the bathroom tub was deep and perfect for soaking, but there are no grab bars. The tub side came up to just below my knees, and I felt very unsafe stepping out of or into it. It is not made for short or older people."
