When we arrived at 10:45PM, the front desk staff were very friendly and hospitable. As soon as we entered our room it smelled like sewage. Visibly the room seemed clean, but the stench was overwhelming. The hotel staff sent a maintenance team to pour chemicals into the toilet tank, which then left the room smelling strongly of sewage and chlorine. We left, found another hotel, and got a refund.

We were in room 2013 a and it had no hot water first night there couldn’t even go out because we could not shower how to have maintenance crew two men come to my room to supposedly check it out just to tell me they couldn’t do anything about it that I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the water to heat up again so that night we did not go out because of that came the next morning. Still no hot water I had asked to speak to the manager the night before and he never called my room to speak with me maintenance crew how to come again to check it out supposedly but still was not able to fix it. They had to put me in another room that was all the way on the other side of the property had to load up my vehicle all over again from a second floor stairway also stepped out to get breakfast and my card was not working. I was not able to get back into my room had to go back to the main office to ask what had happened they could not give me an explanation. All they did was reactivate my card all in all horrible experience. They ruined my wife’s birthday weekend, and they were not even able to accommodate me on anything else on the fact that they messed up I was very disappointed in this place as the reviews give it a 8.0 I give it a -5 if I could manager, they never got in contact with me never heard from him. Horrible staff help I will definitely not go back to this place, even if they would give me a free room.

I liked that it was about 5 miniute drive off the strip. The rooms all have jet tubs and kitchenettes. There are 2 or 3 pools, bbq to use, a putting green, laundry room and a small personal safe in the rooms. There's a large park across the street and a huge field.

First time at this place and my family and I loved it. Very friendly staff, the rooms provided such great amenities like washer dryer, full kitchen, with our own balcony that was great.free shuttle provided to the strip was perfect. Beautiful property with a great size pool and court and games for kids. Good location and awesome jacuzzi bath tub in the room. All at a wonderful price! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

We had a two bedroom suite. There is a nice kitchen with good sized appliances, a living room with tv and fireplace, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms were all good size. The beds were king size and very comfortable. The plumbing and air conditioning worked well. One of the tv’s was not working when we arrived but the maintenance man came up very quickly to fix it. There is a free shuttle to the Excalibur which was comfortable and convenient. It dropped us off at the rotunda so we did not have to walk far in the heat. Our children used the pool and liked that it had basketball hoops too. It was a great stay. Highly recommend.

Hotel was conveniently located near strip 10 min by car for all major casino's Hotel clean, staff nice, plenty of parking, but Hotel dated lacks updated plugs for chargers no wifi signal or very poor wifi service. If this is not important to communicate with outside world then it will be a very pleasant stay. If communication and wifi acces is very important then find somewhere else. Otherwise it was a good stay
