"The casino, decor and hotel were very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. A coffee maker and refrigerator would be a handy addition to a room. It is in one of the best locations on the strip, easy to get everywhere on the strip. The restaurants at the hotel are great- Vanderpumps was my favorite. The atmosphere and my brunch of pastries in a birdcage were over the top! The pool is beautiful and it was clean and a good temp. The elevator going to the pool from our tower was broken for the last three days which added a walk through the casino when I went to the pool each time and deterred my husband from going to the pool because of a bad hip.. The concierge is a robot you text and it said it made reservations for us for dinner at one of the restaurants but when we got there they didn’t have a reservation for us. The Alexa restaurant were happy to accommodate us anyways. Sometimes the older generation can’t deal with texting for help and info- sometimes we need to have a person to talk to. Overall I would highly recommend the Paris and I would love to stay there again."
"Pool is entirely too small. Too many cabanas and spots for rental use that were empty and not enough for regular lay down chairs. One guest was entirely too intoxicated making alot of guests very uncomfortable falling into them and making a scene in the pool. This went on for over an hour that we were there then she ended up puking in the pool and finally escorted out by security and staff. This should have never got to that point and she should’ve been asked to leave long before this escalated to where it did. So not happy with the set up of the pool with several empty rentals but no open chairs for regular use and puke in the pool wasn’t inviting to get back in so we left. Very disappointed. "
"I booked a casino tower and was moved to the west tower due to it being sold out, it was okay, normal room, but it smelt incredibly old for being newly renovated. We opened the drawers since we stayed a bit and it was even worse, best just dont touch anything. Overall, not bad for a cheaper spot, and the convenience of it being next to the convention center and festival grounds beats out the experience. Definetly more family friendly, not luxurious."
