"ice machine was locked in a room and needed a key and it didn't open with my room key so I had to walk Walk and Walk and Walk to get some ice very unhappy with that and Steph didn't help much either just saying"
"Once you get here and are ready to check in, prepare to WAIT WAIT WAIT and then WAIT some more just to check in! 3 people helping customers while 5 others stand behind them holding up the wall, aka doing nothing, and two others I could see in the office. It took over 45 minutes in this line before I was able to get assigned a room. This was after a 6 1/2 hour drive to get there. When you pay that much for a room $2k for a weekend, you don't expect to then have to wait like this. And throughout my stay, that check-in line was always that long - every day, every time I walked by.
They say you can use the self-check-in, just scan the code, but then you don't get notified for at least 45 minutes, right about the time I got to the counter, so don't bother with that nonsense!"
"The Venetian was a great hotel, easy access to what we needed and a Walgreens at the bottom which made purchasing water and other essentials for the room easy. The housekeeping was spotty-they missed cleaning our room even after we requested it and asked two different staff for a room refresh, but the rest of the staff was accomodating and friendly."
