Top Las Vegas Hotel Reviews
The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
8/10 Good
"We spent 2-nights on the Vegas Strip to watch the BSB concert at the Sphere. We stayed at the Venetian for the convenience plus the amazing offers for Expedia members. We receive $50 beverage credit plus a $25 slot machine play credit. These bonuses made it very much worth exploring the price and getting the best bang for our buck for this trip. The check-in process was perhaps the most interesting aspect that knocked some points for my review. During the check-in there was an obvious and kind of off-putting upsell to a better room. The attendant described our current room as "no view" and quite a distance from the amenities the hotel has to offer. We ended up upgrading for $75 extra per night, which in all honesty is in line with what Expedia offers for the next upgrade. We ended up staying in the North Tower on the 28th floor. The room was connected to another which is a nice feature if you planned a trip with another group of friends. The room itself were clean, spacious, cold, and feels a bit dated although the suites have been remoddeled. The food court has amazing offerings with delicious food and desserts. The operating hours and availability of good breakfast options is however lacking. This hotel is missing a flagship dine-in option for coffee and breakfast. Overall, It's alright but don't expect to be blown away."
