Now known as the OYO. The place is Dirty and unsafe. Cleanliness was the worst in Vegas. Mr. Butrico is the Worst. He does not care about the safety or comfort of the casino guests. I don't know if he is new or a hold-over from Hooters but this place has really gone down hill.
