Stayed at the Grand MGM and honestly loved it. The room was super nice — clean, comfortable, and just had a good vibe overall. The whole experience felt different in a good way. Bell service was quick and efficient, which made check-in smooth. Self-parking is ok. We also had dinner at Morimoto and it was 🔥 such a good experience. Definitely recommend checking it out if you stay here. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and I’ll for sure be staying again next time I’m in Vegas.

I wasn't very impressed with this hotel. I will preface this by saying that I was in Vegas for business so this was not the best choice to stay at but I wanted to see KA and figured it would be convenient....I was WRONG. First, I had a rental so I decided to self-park because I can't wait for valet each time I need to head out and the self parking is like .25 mile walk from the main lobby. Plus, it is also the employee parking so not very appealing. Then, the staff at the front desk was less than welcoming - although they were efficient. Now, let's get to the room - it looks nice but the shower had very little water pressure and the toilet didn't always flush correctly. Room service took an hour BUT, I will say the food was delicious. In fact, they had so many food options at this hotel that you would not need to leave if you are there just to gamble. Not saying I never go back there again but definitely not for those of us traveling to Vegas for business.

The casino, hotel lobby, and environment was a wonderful experience and this experience would definitely make me wan to book again. When we got to our room, the cleanliness was (what I feel) substandard for a hotel of this caliber. The bathroom still had hair from the past occupants in it. The floor was vacuumed, but appeared to have been lazily done, due to there being dirt, safety pins, and what appeared to be a chewing tobacco pouch sitting under the table and behind the a chair (but was visible without having to move items around-who knows what was underneath or behind). However, the bed was extremely comfortable, the linen was clean, and the room was well stocked. Although I am sure it is standard practice for Vegas, but it was also strange to have to pay $20 per day for parking in their garage, as a guest of the hotel. One would think that with the cost of the room and resort fees that are collected, parking could/should be validated for paying patrons of the resort. However, as mentioned our experience in Vegas was unforgettable and although there was some issues at the resort, we would definitely stay again.
